Hi tutors,
LINCS stands for Literacy Information and Communication System and is made available by the US Department of Education/Office of Vocational and Adult Education. It is an online resource for anyone involved in adult education, including basic literacy and ESL. There are self-paced online courses for your own professional development, communities of practice where you can share with and learn from others in the literacy community, and a TON of references for online and .pdf sources on adult literacy. Check it out: http://lincs.ed.gov Share with us anything you found particularly interesting or helpful!
Have a great week! lder
